Apple Cider Vinegar Wellness Shot

A tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar a day keeps the doctor away. While it might not be as tasty as an apple, the health benefits of ACV supersede that of an apple, by far.

On a day to day, ACV detoxes your body, improves your digestion, and helps with allergies. Its a super food to say the least. Buy it raw and with “mother”, meaning the healthy bacteria and enzymes haven’t been stripped.

Even though ACV tastes acidic as all hell, it actually alkaline and aids in balancing your body’s pH levels. This is especially important for my ladies ! Our bodies tend to be acidic, so alkalizing food and liquids are super necessary.

Apple Cider Vinegar will not only neutralize your body’s pH levels, but it also breaks up yucky mucus when you’re sick. It’s one of the best things you can buy if you’re trying to fight off a cold.

Sure, you can take a shot of ACV on its own, but there are a few ingredients you can add, like lemon, cayenne, and honey, to make it even better! This wellness shot will keep your metabolism in check, help build up the immune system, and keep you healthy year round.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Wellness Shot

1 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar (with “mother”)

1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1/2 Organic Lemon

1/2 – 1 tsp Local Raw Honey

Add all the ingredients in a small glass. Mix and enjoy (or at least try to)!
